From the moment I walked into Results by Design, I’ve felt like part of something bigger. Even though I’m new to the team, this place — and this community — has welcomed me with open arms. It’s rare to feel at home on Day 1, but that’s exactly how it’s been.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the privilege to work with many of you through consultations and stretch therapy sessions, and I just want to say: thank you. I’ve enjoyed every single conversation and connection — and there are a few more of you I still need to get on my table to experience what I’m about to talk about.
✈️ From Setback to Step Forward: A Traveling Member’s Story
One of our members travels frequently — gone 1 to 2 weeks at a time. Normally, when she returns from a trip, her knees are tight, and it takes several days of training to feel like herself again.
But this time was different.
She booked a full-body stretch session the day she got back. The next day, she was back on the training floor — and her words?
“I felt normal. No stiffness, no soreness. I picked up right where I left off.”
