The Functional Movement Screen: Your Blueprint for Safety and Success

 

From there, we perform a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) — not to complicate things, but to protect you.

We’re huge believers in “Do No Harm” — and without knowing how you move, we’re just guessing.


The FMS gives us a movement roadmap so we can build your program with confidence, not assumptions. It develops a roadmap to meet you exactly where you are so that you are able to reach your destination in a manner both safe and effective. The screen was developed by a Physical Therapist and a Personal Trainer, with the mantra “Move Well. Move Often”.

The mantra and the system behind the screen speak identical messages, in that we want you to move efficiently in each movement pattern so that you can look, feel, and perform your best.
