Preparing the Complete Female Athlete

Since Title IX was implemented in 1972, we have seen a 1000% growth in female participation in organized sports.   Today, 3.4 million female athletes are playing high school sports.

Unfortunately, the preparation for sports has not grown in participation. Female athletes between the ages of 14-18 are 4-8 times more likely to tear their ACL than boys of the same age.  This is a significant problem.

Preparing the Complete Female Athlete requires specific training that builds physically and mentally resilient athletes. reduce the risk of injury and play to the highest. Our primary goal is to reduce the risk of injury, but we also must develop speed, power, strength and conditioning.

You will hear and see the 5 Factors Critical to Preparing the Complete Female Athlete during this talk and hands-on demonstration.
