Stacie: 70lbs Down, 300lb Deadlift Strong, and Done Making Excuses

Five years ago, Stacie walked through the doors at Results by Design with a decision:
“I will NOT keep living the life I’d been living.”

And from that moment on, she went to war with her excuses—and won.

She didn’t wait for perfect timing. She didn’t ease her way in.
She showed up, got under the bar, and started rewriting her story.

“Even at almost 300 pounds… I did hard things.”

Stacie doesn’t sugarcoat it—and she doesn’t need to.
Her journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been real.

She’s lost over 70 pounds.
She’s deadlifted more than 300 pounds.
She goblet squats 100 like it’s nothing.
She’s climbed muddy hills, raced up endless stairs, and chased kids without losing breath.

And she did it because she showed up—even when she didn’t feel like it.

“I don’t tolerate excuses. I take accountability.”

Stacie isn’t here to impress anyone—she’s here to own her life.
And she’ll tell you flat out: when she slid backward, it wasn’t because the plan failed.
It’s because she stopped doing the work that worked.

“I made one small micro choice to slide back… and then another.
I killed my progress with a series of micro slices.”

But unlike most people, she didn’t quit. . . She looked in the mirror, faced the truth, and came back stronger.

“I’ve cried, I’ve cheered, I’ve wanted to give up. But I didn’t.”

At RXD, Stacie has run the full emotional gauntlet:

😓 Shame
😨 Anxiety
💪 Pride
😂 Laughter
🙌 Victory

She’s lifted in front of a crowd when it scared her.
She’s failed, reset, and pushed again.
She’s celebrated the wins of others like they were her own.

And she’s become a leader in the gym—someone who holds the standard and helps others rise to it.

“It’s not about being skinny. It’s about being strong. And free.”

Stacie’s greatest breakthrough wasn’t just on the scale. It was in her mindset.

“When my perspective shifted from being skinny to being strong & healthy,
I gave myself more grace… and counted more successes than failures.”

That’s the RXD difference.

We’re not here to starve you skinny.
We’re here to make you resilient. capable. alive.

Stacie’s not finished—and neither are you.

She made a promise to herself in July 2020.
Not a promise to be perfect—but to never go back.

If you’re done tolerating your own excuses—this is your moment.
No more restarts. No more “someday.”

Just a Starting Point Session and a decision to take control.
