Results by Design Fitness would like to personally invite you to our Poker Walk and BBQ Competition on Saturday, June 24th!

Please mark your calendars!

We will do a fun Poker Walk aroud the business park at 10AM where we will have 5 stations, and at each station you will receive a card. The best 5 card hand will win a Free Month Membership!

Soon thereafter, the Coaches will judge the BBQ Competition. Bring your best pull pork butt and/or ribs to the BBQ PITTMASTER judges table at 11:30AM. We will harshly judge your BBQ and prizes will go to the Top 3!

Lastly, if you don't like to walk or eat BBQ, we have Bourbon Tasting for you :)

Bring your favorite bourbon and let the "bougie" times roll!

Results by Design is in my opinion the best gym in Louisville. I love that the strength training workout are individualized programs, specific for my needs. The coaches are excellent. One reason I chose this gym was I didn't want to get injured or follow fitness fads, I wanted coaching backed by science and research and that is what I get at Results. I also love the group classes. They are challenging, with lots of variety and they use heart rate monitors for their interval training. The greatest part about Results is the coaches, and members, you feels like part of a team, everyone is encouraging, friendly, and working toward a healthy lifestyle.
